Since having my first bubble tea in Chinatown, NYC, I'm addicted to these things! Luckily the bubble tea gods smiled upon me by opening one of these joints literally minutes from my home. I stop in for my bubble tea fix at least twice a week. Can't. Stop. Too. Delicious.

Black floating thingies = tapioca.

Bubble Tea?! Normal tea does not have bubbles. This is absolute madness!!

It's delicious madness, though!!

And it's not only "tea" flavor. This place has about 30 diff. flavors you can choose from, blended and on the rocks. For example, today I tried a combination of mango-coconut-vanilla. Tomorrow, I might try peach-strawberry or go with regular blended green tea. The choice is MINE, Dana.

Oh schnaps! When I first saw it I thought it was just in a styrofoam cup and those black polka dots were decorations. Tapioca? Really?

Yep, tapioca. Don't knock it 'till you try it. :P I still refuse to eat tapioca pudding, however. That's just gross.
